Here are some tips and simple recipes that you can try to accommodate into your little one’s daily diet!

Most yoghurt marketed to kids are actually high in sugar. Instead, opt for plain full-fat yoghurt and sweeten it with natural sweeteners like Honey! This allows them to consume all that delicious yogurt without worrying about all the extra sugar!

Every kid loves ice cream! Especially when it is always so hot and humid here in Malaysia. Hence, if you want to give your child a sweet treat, you can try opting for this instead! Blend some fruit puree and juice in the blender and pop them into the mold to make healthier popsicles for a quick snack! Or for something quick try blending them in to smoothies! Sweet & Healthy!

Most children love Mac & Cheese for 2 reasons. It is easy to eat and most importantly, it contains cheeeeese! Try chopping up some vegetables like broccoli, carrots or potatoes and stir it up with the delicious Mac & Cheese. A solid, yummy and nutritious meal for every kid!
